The Narcotics department at CPD is not what people think it is, says source

We asked for proof - the source said "if it helps at all Toby Combest is in charge of the Narcotics department and anyone that knows him. Knows he loves his alcohol"

Some within the CPD Narcotics Division is upset nothing is being done about the terrible work ethics and poor practices while at work.

Staff refuse to work weekends or nights when they know there is a deal going down or something being delivered, which is part of their job.

They keep alcohol in the fridge back in the Narc department and drink on duty. I believe we can blame the Narcotics department for not helping getting the drugs off the street. I also know the Chief is aware and is fine with this!

Sounds like someone is butt-hurt about getting arrested or something.
