Getting a tattoo is a big step for some, but duel tattoo's which make a statement when connected on 2 different people is complicated for sure. With all the checks and balances in place mistakes are bound to happen.

Billy Young, Professional Tattoo Artist / Piercer at Billy at Artistry In Motion since 1996 in Seymour Indiana is under fire with a customer complaint - We reached out to the tattoo shop and asked for their comment on the below story. We asked "Was wondering if you had happy customers when it came to the father daughters tattoos?

"Billy" said "Yes they both left happy." I explained I was posting an article and asked if he could elaborate on the situation.

"Billy" said "I do multiple checks to make sure it's what they want. I have cameras showing that they looked in the mirror before I proceed with the tattoo. They agreed to what the stencil looked like. I've offered to give him a free or a discount on the next tattoo for the price of the original piece. Even tho that tattoo does look great it was a mistake. But they wanted a tattoo 3 times the amount more than what he paid for"

The customer's account of what happened...

Billy drew the pictures out then put it on (blank males) arm had him go look in the mirror asking if it was placed okay on (blank males) arm.

Blank Man said yes.

Billy tattooed the design on his arm then covered it.

Then Billy drew and put it on (blank females) arm.

Billy said it wasn't placed right so Billy wiped off the ink and redrew it - then had her look in the mirror and asked her if it was placed correctly on her arm.

(blank male) wasn't there, his arm was done and bandaged.

Blank Girl went back and said "yeah it's placed on my arm right" no one knew what direction (Blank males) was going so then Billy tattooed it.

Blank Girl paid him $270 plus a $30 tip and left but did not make sure the tattoo's were connecting okay or anything.

This was Billy's response when we messaged him (in collage). I don't think its very professional.
